Alice was a nun at Cannington priory who was placed at the priory by Bishop Shrewsbury in 1333. Soon after, Alice, along with another nun Matilda Pulham, were found guilty of consorting with two chaplains Richard Sompnour and Hugh Wyllinge. Alice was ordered to sit beside her fellow nun at the botttom of the refrectory and not to leave the boundaries of the cloister for a year.
