Donations recieved in the 16th-18th centuries make the house rich, as do the substatial dowry gifts brought by the new nuns.
Sept 8, 1480 (or 1580): Fra. Antonio Nacha of the monastery of Staffarde pays a debt of 4 ducates to S. Maria Maddalena.
In 1732 a model was built to show the construction of the house's buildings. Whether this model represented the then-current architecture or future plans is uncertain, but a document of 1763 indicates that the monastery wanted to demolish 4 houses to build a new cloister (document is dated 1763, but it supposedly refers to 1749).
