Jerome, Saint. [Letter to Marcella, 384? (3)] in Sancti Eusebii Hieronymi Epistulae ep.29

[Letter from Jerome to Marcella]
Jerome writes again about specific details in answer to questions she raised, but this time complaining that she is sometimes too intense about their work. He lists her questions in some detail before answering them, giving us some idea of her letter to him. Some of his comments suggest that they shared certain attitudes towards defective translations and also that he was willing to try out ideas on her that he did not want others to hear.
